Mrs. Azmat Hassan Baloch
Mrs. Azmat Hassan Baloch hold the honour of one of the founder members of SCSPEB Board and is being associated with the organization since its inception 1993. She had been serving on the following offices:

Prof: Ijaz Ahmed
Prof. Ijaz Ahmed is one of the founder members of Board of Governor of SCSPEB and is associated with the Organization since 14 years. Prof: Ijaz Ahmed did his MA Education from University of Punjab. He is serving as Associate Professor in University of Balochistan and is a renowned scholar. He owes to his credit 13 Research Papers. Mr. Ijaz is affiliated with the SCSPEB since its inception from March 1993. He had served the board as different office bearers.

Dr. Ruquiya Saeed
Dr. Ruquiya Saeed is a well-known social activist of the province working for welfare of communities in general while women and children in particular. She holds the membership of a number of renowned social sector organizations such as Girls Guide Association, Taraqee Foundation, Children Academy Quetta, APWA Quetta, Gulistan Lions Club, Quetta Cluband Women technical training program, Labour Department Quetta. She has represented Pakistan on various international forums. Presently she is serving as a member of Balochistan Provincial Assembly. Dr Ruquiya has a long affiliation with board of governor of SCSPEB. She is the founder member of SCSPEB and holds the honour of being the first President of SCSPEB board.

Sardar Raza Mohmmad Barrech
Sardar Raza Mohmmad Barrech has served the province in education sector as Secondary School Teacher and Lecturer. Later on he joined construction industry and now is well-established businessman of the sector. He is also associated with Chamber of Commerce and Industry Quetta and Karachi and is also board member of Children Hospital.
In the year 1996 Sardar Raza joined SCSPEB Board of Governors and has been serving on the following offices:

Mr. Kamal Hassan Siddiqui
Mr. Kamal Hassan Siddiqui is a renowned and highly qualified Corporate Lawyer of Balochistan.
He holds the membership of variety of prestigious organizations operating in social sector namely Rotary International, Quetta Club, Taleem Foundation, Helpers Association and Foundation for Research on National Defense & Society. In addition to the social sector he also holds professional memberships like central board of revenue as Tax Practitioner, Balochistan Bar Council, Balochistan Tax Bar Council and Quetta Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
It is privilege for us that from last10 years Mr. Kamal Hassan had been associated with SCSPEB as eminent member of its Board of Governance. From 1996 he has being serving the board on the following offices:

Dr. Fazal Ahmed
Dr. Fazal is an educationist and has served education sector in various capacities. He had remained associated with the USAID at Karachi in 1982. He was promoted and posted to Quetta to head the mission operations. He had served at senior positions in various educational institutes like Taleem Foundation, Preston University, Iqra University, European Commission and Balochistan Education Foundation. He is the author of 19 books written specially to promote literacy and basic education in Pakistan. He joined SCSPEB Board in 1996 and has been extending his full support as board member to the Organization till date. He has been serving on the following offices:

Mrs. Sonia Sahar M. Abad
Mrs. Sonia Sahar M. Abad was born in Manila Philippines. She earned her Master in Business Administration from Adamson University Manila. She was married in Pakistan. She has been working in the development sector in Balochistan for the last 11 years in various capacities. She is an advisor to the UN Focal Person in Balochistan. She is a coordinator for Balochistan Parliamentarian forum and has developed by Laws of Balochistan Women Parliamentarian Caucus. She is an active member of International Family Planning Leadership Program, Leadership Development mechanism funded by David and Lucile Packard Foundation besides member of Smart Asia a group of Leader Experts in Health Communication. She has participated in numerous International, National & Provincial Conferences and Workshops. She is well traveled and visited USA, Egypt, Nepal, Philippines and Iran. She is expert on Project Development. Education is her Passion. She has joined SCSPEB board in year 2011 and extending her services and support as a board Member to the Organization.
